Tasks of the Unit Head (Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs)

  • Calling for regular meetings of the unit's board of directors at the faculty.
  • General supervision of the unit and coordination with the heads of committees.
  • General follow-up of all procedures carried out in the unit, including committee activities.
  • Evaluating and approving the activities and programs issued by the unit.

Tasks of the Executive Director of the Unit

  • Developing plans and programs for the unit's board of directors at the faculty.
  • Representing the unit in regular meetings held for unit directors at the university level.
  • Participating in forming the organizational structure and defining the job responsibilities of the heads of executive committees within the faculty.
  • Calling for regular and emergency meetings of the unit's executive office and overseeing its achievements.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the unit's workflow and achievements.
  • Proposing and presenting purposeful advisory and guidance programs.
  • Studying academic problems and taking necessary measures to address them.
  • Following up on the implementation of the tasks of all executive committees within the unit and coordinating between them.
