Goals

  • Environmental cleanup from pollution caused by burning agricultural field residues and green area residues.
  • Environmental cleanup from pollutants to prevent chemical and biological pollution caused by sewage residue accumulation.
  • Pursuit of scientific research and expertise in this field.
  • Promotion of clean agriculture using organic fertilizers.
  • Provision of consultations and necessary analyses for this field.

Unit Activities

The unit's activities are divided into two main sections:

Community Service:

  • Providing agricultural consultations for farmers.
  • Conducting training courses in organic fertilizer manufacturing for students and agricultural company owners.
  • Soil, water, and organic fertilizer analysis services with report provision.
  • Providing compost for farmers.

Educational and Research Service:

  • Providing facilities for field experiments for postgraduate students and faculty members.
  • Equipping a laboratory with tools and devices for conducting and monitoring research experiments.
  • Summer field training for postgraduate students.
  • Training second and third year students at the Faculty of Agriculture in organic fertilizer (compost) production.
  • Establishing a mini educational unit for soilless agriculture training using new organic material environments.
