Goals
- Environmental cleanup from pollution caused by burning agricultural field residues and green area residues.
- Environmental cleanup from pollutants to prevent chemical and biological pollution caused by sewage residue accumulation.
- Pursuit of scientific research and expertise in this field.
- Promotion of clean agriculture using organic fertilizers.
- Provision of consultations and necessary analyses for this field.
Unit Activities
The unit's activities are divided into two main sections:
Community Service:
- Providing agricultural consultations for farmers.
- Conducting training courses in organic fertilizer manufacturing for students and agricultural company owners.
- Soil, water, and organic fertilizer analysis services with report provision.
- Providing compost for farmers.
Educational and Research Service:
- Providing facilities for field experiments for postgraduate students and faculty members.
- Equipping a laboratory with tools and devices for conducting and monitoring research experiments.
- Summer field training for postgraduate students.
- Training second and third year students at the Faculty of Agriculture in organic fertilizer (compost) production.
- Establishing a mini educational unit for soilless agriculture training using new organic material environments.
