Why the Faculty of Agriculture at SCU?
The education in the Faculty of Agriculture (SCU) targets to direct the curriculums to serve the community’s problems and environmental development. Putting into consideration the new trends in agriculture as using digitalized agriculture, reclaiming and planting desert lands, protected crops, and tissue agriculture. In addition to caring about animal and fish wealth, food production, and economics or agricultural production. Moreover, applying biological control and integrated control in combating pests in organic agriculture. The faculty pays attention to studying the English language and computers during different academic years.
