
The unit aims to adopt advanced mechanisms for student and exam evaluation, in line with the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation, to achieve the mission and objectives of the college through:
- Formulating student evaluation requirements based on the required graduate specifications.

Continuous development of student and exam evaluation systems at the college to enhance the unit’s activities, making it an institutional systemic entity with a positive impact on the college’s distinction, qualifying it to attain a prominent position among Egyptian, regional, and international universities.

Establishing advanced educational and technological systems and methods for student evaluation to provide measurement and evaluation services for the targeted educational outcomes of the various academic programs at the college, within a framework of fairness, accuracy, and objectivity, achieving efficiency and competitiveness for the college graduates.
Objectives of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit
The unit aims to adopt advanced mechanisms for student and exam evaluation, in line with the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation, to achieve the mission and objectives of the college through:
- Spreading the culture of measurement and evaluation and training faculty members, administrators, and students at the college on evaluation and examination systems.
- Preparing question banks for academic courses and training on them in light of the targeted learning outcomes and academic standards of the programs that serve the specialization.
- Developing exam evaluation mechanisms and adopting student evaluation systems using modern educational and technological methods to improve the educational system and ensure the quality of its outputs.
- Ensuring quality follow-up for the student evaluation process and continuous improvement.
- Establishing an electronic correction and statistical analysis unit.
- Implementing electronic exams and electronic correction for some courses.
- Developing practical and oral exams.
Expected results of the project in developing measurement and evaluation systems that can be measured:
- Establishing a specialized and advanced measurement and evaluation unit at the college.
- Having an electronic examination hall at the college that accommodates fifty students.
- Providing trained cadres on measurement and evaluation systems, question banks, and electronic correction from faculty members, their assistants, and administrators.
- Providing question banks for various courses in the college programs.
- Speed, transparency, and integrity in examination processes and regulating the educational process.
- Having reports on student and exam evaluation results.
- Developing academic programs and improving faculty performance, regulating the educational process based on evaluation process reports.
- Enhancing the capacities of various categories (faculty members, assistants, administrators, technicians, and students) on the electronic evaluation system.
- Issuing the college guide for student evaluation and examination systems.
