  • Activating IT Services in the College
  • Operating and activating email services for students and faculty members
  • Supervising the college’s electronic portal
  • Using IT in all aspects that serve the educational process and scientific research
  • Training college staff and faculty members in information and communication technology
  • Providing technical support for users and beneficiaries of electronic systems such as Al-Farouk, Al-Farabi, and Ibn Al-Haytham
  • Improving the efficiency of the information infrastructure
  • Monitoring network usage and providing technical support to all users
  • Providing wireless internet networks in open and closed areas of the college for students and faculty members
  • Resolving all existing issues in devices and networks and coordinating with the university's information network, the Management Information Systems Center, and the E-Learning Center, as well as the library automation project
  • Supervising the maintenance and updating of computers and printers
  • Installing original licenses for operating systems and office software
